Eight Week Cessation Class starts Thursday 9/14  

Now is the time to end your tobacco use. This program is a step-by-step program for ending nicotine use through self-discovery and group support, including aspects of behavior change, importance of good nutrition, exercise and stress management.
This program is open to faculty staff AND students. It is free but registration is required.
