This handy guide will be printed soon and as we update the map face and directory, there is still time to purchase ad space in the brochure. We have only a few slots available now, so you must act fast to secure your ad in our widely distributed guide. This is an excellent opportunity for local businesses and nonprofits as the Map & Guide is printed in two runs of 100,000 each, totaling 200,000 maps, and is available on our neighborhood information carts, inside of The Shops at Columbus Circle, at local hotels, and at key destinations around the city, and even available upon request!

Con Edison Scam Alert Info from the NYPD
In recent weeks reports of a Con Edison phone scam targeting small businesses has been detected. The following information comes from the  NYPD Crime Prevention Division.

Reportedly, here is what happens: You receive a call from someone claiming to be from Con Edison. Your caller ID may even display Con Edison's name. The caller tells you that your bill is past due and that your services will be shut off immediately if you do not submit a payment over the phone.

This phone call is a scam. Hang up immediately and d o no make any payments over the phone.  Utility companies do not shut off services over the phone. If you are unsure of your recent payments, review a recent bill and call the customer service number provided to verify your current bill status.
