Question:
I recently started to struggle with spasticity in my hamstrings. Will you point me in a good direction for finding exercises to increase strength and range of motion? Do I need to focus on the hamstrings or include the muscle groups around them?

Win a Parlee Altum Road Bike!
Raffle tickets on sale now.
After being diagnosed with MS seven years ago, Gene Caffrey found that exercise reduced his MS symptoms. When the disease took away his ability to run, he turned to something he could do: cycling.
Now, as a fundraiser for MS Global, he is biking over 300 miles next week in Mallorca, Spain, to help families with MS thrive.
As part of his fundraising efforts, Gene launched a charity raffle. 100% of raffle proceeds go directly to providing Can Do MS program scholarships for families with MS.
One lucky raffle winner will receive a Shimano-equipped, Parlee Altum frame with level 1 graphics.
Estimated value: $7,000.
Raffle tickets are on sale through October 24, 2017.
Special thanks to The Cycle Surgeon, Shimano, and Parlee Cycles.
