Have you ever read an article, a book, or watched something on TV that prompted you to reflect on your own life? Maybe you're looking back at the summer, which is quickly coming to a close, and reflecting on all the experiences you had.

Self-reflection is a great way to maintain a healthy relationship with yourself. By using journaling to practice self-reflection, you spend quality time with yourself and think about who you are, what you need, and what you want to accomplish.
