Welcome to the golden sunshine of September, one of summer's finest months, from the sweet scent of new-mown grass to the brilliant red & yellows of garden mums. September is full of endless possibilities and we have much to celebrate this month!

We celebrate the team work & dedication of our Board, Committee Chairs and Committee Members for all they do behind the scenes, from keeping our organization moving forward & running smoothly, to bringing us our monthly programs. You won't want to miss our September speaker, Dr. Kimberly Barrett, Vice President for Diversity & Inclusion & Associate Dean of Faculty at Lawrence University.  Dr. Barrett will share reflections on enlightened leadership for our common good.

We celebrate the women we recognize this month for their long-standing membership with our organization.  Get to know these wonderful Ladies, they are inspiring leaders.  We celebrate, too, the 15 inspiring women & scholarship recipients headed to college full of promise & potential. They are our future leaders.

Finally, we celebrate, the energy & excitement of our HHH Team. The Team is hard at work planning a fantastic event for October 11th. Mark your calendars and join us as this year's speaker Traci Brown brings us a day of professional development & lots of laughs! You will also have the opportunity to network with an amazing group of women and help raise funds for next year's scholarship recipients.

"By all these lovely tokens September days are here, with summer's best of weather and autumn's best of cheer"- Helen Hunt Jackson
