We ask for your prayers for Shellie and Lisa Lowery for their first international trip together to Europe, September 12-26. They will be visiting France and Germany, as well as visiting Shellie's younger daughter and husband who live in Hamburg, Germany. A very interesting part of the trip is that Shellie and Lisa plan to visit the Castle Church in Wittenburg, Germany where the Church Reformation originally began. On Saturday, October 31, 1517 the Reformation began when Martin Luther nailed his 95-point thesis to the church in Wittenburg. The thesis rejected all the unscriptural doctrines and practices of the Catholic church. Unbeknown to Luther, he started a revolution of Christianity that became known as the Reformation. The importance of this visit is that on October 31st this year, it is the 500-year anniversary of Reformation Day. Five hundred years is an important spiritual time cycle...it is half a prophetic day of 1000 years. Get ready for what God will do after the conclusion of this 500-year time period.
Also, we are very excited for a Revival meeting that is scheduled with us for the first week in October in Swansea, South Carolina at the Swansea Church of God with Pastor Ken & Judah Little. We're trusting God for an outpouring of His Spirit. If you live anywhere near the Columbia area please join us for these meetings!
And lastly, be on the lookout for something new from Shellie in October...more to come about this in the next few days.
