If your kids are out of school this week, doncha worry!
HELLO PARENTS!

Well, here ya go...my second round-up of organizations offering childcare and camps this week for the many Houston kids who are out of school. Yesterday I sent you a list of over 40 programs, today it's now over 50! Thank you to all those many parents and friends out there who helped me find them. It is my pleasure to share them with you!  Please do me two favors: share this list with others by heading to our Facebook page and grabbing it from there AND please tell the listed organizations that you read about these programs in GISH PICKS. Helping my business grow helps you stay informed. Many thanks!

And, if you are looking for some fun on Wednesday morning (9/6), come see me at the "Mommy Mingle" at the Children's Museum of Houston this Wednesday (and the first Wednesday monthly except July and August) from 10am-noon. It's a free mingle party for parents and children 35 months and under with snacks for adults and kids.

Climb 59 is Houston's best boutique rock climbing gym! They are offering a 50% discount on day passes -- THIS WEEK ONLY (9/5-9/8) -- for GISH PICKS readers who are visiting for the first time. The day passes will be $9 and if equipment is needed, there is an additional $10 rental fee. Please mention "Gish Picks" when registering (online or at the door or via telephone). They're open from 9am-midnight 7 days a week and will resume normal hours of 9am-2am when the citywide curfew is lifted. Climb59 is part of a multi-purpose sport and event facility, Sports59, that has two indoor fields for a variety of sports. The fields and the rock climb are available for rental any time; please contact info@sports59.com
