Time to toot our own horn! 

Rumblings from the golf industry are that rounds played in our region are down anywhere between 20-30%.  Some courses even had to close their courses down due to the unprecedented amount of rain this summer. There is no doubt that we too have had our fair share of rain days.  Our leagues, the life blood of Dragonfly have been affected most severely by all the wet and stormy weather.   Despite all of this, our rounds played this year are almost identical to last year at this time - a year that was considered to be a great year to play golf.  

For me, this can only be explained by the following:

1. There is a growing demand to play our course thanks to the high level of service that is provided by our Pro Shop staff, Food and Beverage staff, and our amazing team of Player Assistants.
2. The drainage work that Superintendent Donny Valdock and his team have done has allowed Dragonfly to better cope with the huge downfalls of rain that we have had this year.
3. We have more Members in 2017 than ever before in our 20 year history. 

Owner, Terry McLaughlin, and the rest of the Dragonfly team have been committed to providing an un-matched level of value for your golfing dollar.  We will continue to make improvements to the course, our facility, and our levels of service.
