Handheld particle counters were once hard-pressed to complete tasks other than spot-checking an environment for very short periods of time.  Now, with both advanced software and revolutionary hardware, these HPC's are essentially two instruments in one.

Our HPC Models 3888 (3-channel) and 3889 (6-channel) are best-in-class for cleanroom verification and spot-checking for airborne particle investigation; with their oversized, 4.3 inch full color touchscreens and perfected, simplified interface, they are easier to both read and operate than ever before.  With their ultralight weight and ergonomic shape, there is truly no better particle counter for handheld, spot-checking purposes.  These updated features are the reasons why Models 3888 and 3889 have recently become the instrument of choice for a large orthopedic reconstruction part manufacturer.  They have begun using it to both monitor and verify the cleanrooms in which they package the highly specialized equipment that requires extremely stringent conditions from manufacturing to shipping.

KANOMAX PORTABLE PARTICLE COUNTERS KEEP UP WITH THE EVER-CHANGING ISO STANDARDS

The Kanomax Model 3905/3910 6-Channel portable particle counter picks up where its handheld counterpart leaves off.  It's designed for pinpoint accuracy and speed.  The software on these models is now compliant with the current ISO 14644-2015 standards.  When the standards are pre-programmed into the instrument, measurements will be taken in automatic compliance, granting the operator peace-of-mind and less to think about.

The above chart represents requirements for different levels of cleanroom certification.  It signifies the maximum allowable concentration of specified-sized particles airborne in a given facility.  
The new ISO standards are pre-programmed into our portable particle counters, allowing complete automation of measurement based on the specific criteria.  It's one less thing to worry about; just turn on the instrument and get to work.
