SAFETYFIRST REMINDERS
Pool Hours
  • Pools will close the Monday of Labor Day weekend 
  • Pool hours are from 7:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. 
  • Late Summer pool hours start the second Monday in August through Labor Day and are 7:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 7:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. Friday and Saturday 
  • The lifeguards will be at the pools from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. 
  • During Late Summer Hours, Lifeguards will be at the Pool from 3:30 p.m. till 7:00 p.m. each weekday and 9:00 a.m. till 7:00 p.m. weekends. 
Tennis
Heritage Hills residents are prohibited from using the Heritage Hills Tennis Courts for tennis lessons unless the paid Tennis Professional is approved by the Tennis Committee. Contact the Tennis Committee at
hhtenniscommittee@gmail.com to get the forms necessary to get a paid Tennis Professional approved.  Any paid Tennis Professional who is not approved will be asked to leave the courts and not return until he/she is approved by the Tennis Committee. 

Transponders and Fobs
Transponders provide auto access to the 2 main street entrances of the Community. Fobs provide access to the pools, tennis courts and the pedestrian gates. Transponder and Fob request forms can be found on the District website:  www.heritagehillsmetro.org
 
Vehicles on South Suburban trails
Golf carts, dirt bikes, ATVs and other motorized vehicles are not allowed on South Suburban trails. The Willow Creek Trail that runs behind S. Lost Hill Drive and S. Shadow Hill Drive is a South Suburban trail so do not operate the vehicles listed above on the trail. 
Golf
ATTENTION GOLF CART OWNERS
Registration of golf carts is required.

Please abide by the rules you signed when you registered your cart which include the following:
  • Drivers must have a valid driver's license or driver's permit valid in Colorado.
  • Golf carts must adhere to the same driving and parking rules and laws as automobiles.
  • All passengers must be properly seated and may not be transported in a negligent manner or in a manner inconsistent with the cart manufacturer's recommendations. 
  • The number of passengers shall not exceed the seating capacity of the cart, including the driver.
  • Driving and parking on sidewalks or grassy areas is prohibited
  • Golf carts may only be driven between dawn and dusk unless equipped with headlights and brake lights in operation condition.
  • Golf cart drivers must pull over and yield to passing vehicles.

On June 29 Public hearings were held and appropriate fines were determined.

DIRECTORY DIRECTORY WEBSITE CLOSING
The Heritage Hills Directory website is going to be taken down in August due to lack of interest.  Individuals in the Directory will be able to sign-on until August 15. After that date a Directory will not be available in any form. 
RECYcle
WHEELED RECYCLE CARTS
To help keep Heritage Hills tidy, use wheeled recycle carts.

The City of Lone Tree is offering wheeled carts at a cost of $20.00 per household in order to make recycling trouble-free. There is a limit of one cart per household at the subsidized price. The initial cart will be assigned to the residence using a serial number and must remain at the residence. Additional carts purchased at full price may move with the purchaser. To purchase a recycle cart, 
call 303-708-1818.

The HOA is looking for resident(s) willing to share their experience and/or knowledge regarding online services that handle proxy and corporate voting.

HOA has several issues that may need to be voted on by all homeowners and the Board believes an online service may help accomplish that.
