I'm finding it a bit hard to grasp that August is just about here - where has the summer gone?! On the other hand, that means we are closer to enjoying 'human' climate here in the Phoenix, AZ area.

Several months ago, I was at an event at a local spiritual center and there was a table filled with copies of a past month's Science of Mind magazine being offered for free. I scooped a copy up since I'd not read the magazine in years, and then placed it in my dining room reading holding area.
Last month you may recall that I wrote from Florida during a visit to my dear friend Samara, noting that we were watching the National Geographic "Genius" series about Albert Einstein; I was very much intrigued by his life's work and relationships. A number of readers wrote to me commenting about my article or the series -- one even sent a electronic file of an article about Einstein that had been published in a Science of Mind magazine issue. I saved the file for future reading.
Now you may know that I "came to believe" via synchronicity, the idea that there is no such thing as coincidence. It's always around us, reminding me that Spirit is available, and that there is a plan. That said, this past week I finally went through the dining room reading holding pile, and, lo and behold, discovered the SOM magazine issue I'd received gratis was the one that included the Einstein article! I just had to chuckle...
I still enjoy sending real hard-copy greeting cards in this electronic age and I maintain a handy stash of them in my home office. I went to write my Florida friends a thank you note, and in my stash found a note card that I had purchased many years ago. The cover contained the quote "Imagination is more important than knowledge." Sound familiar? I had included it in last month's newsletter in the article "Inspiration and Contemplation ... From Albert Einstein." It was a no-brainer to finally release that card and opt to send it to my "Genius"-watching Florida friends.
And it wasn't difficult to surmise that it looks like Dr. Einstein has a place in my life. More shall be revealed...
Blessings,
