It's a big week. Today the ESABA Board hosts it's first  East Side Lunch Bunch  - a chance to get together at a member restaurant, Ho Ho Gourmet, and eat. Sounds simple. But sometimes fortunes start from just such humble beginnings. And when you throw in world famous wings, you really up your game. 

Thursday ESABA and LEDC host a  meeting about the Sustainable To Go Ordinance  to learn more about what the Ordinance will mean for food businesses and talk ways to work together. And our August Member Meeting next week will round out the picture with ways ALL businesses can take advantage of BizRecycling to save money on solid waste fees and help our city reach our solid waste reduction goals.

And there's still time to get your golf game on and help Family Values for Life Golf Classic get kids ready for {gasp} school. No! Not yet! Yes, welcome to August. 

So come on out, take action and influence in hand, role the dice (or the golf ball), and see what destiny holds...

The City of Saint Paul is proposing an ordinance requiring all to-go food containers be reusable, recyclable, or compostable. We can help your business prepare for this change! Contact Paris for resources to help you understand what will be acceptable and available AND to services that can help you plan for the change and grant dollars too. And if you sign up fast you could get Saints tickets!


We'll hear about the bill, talk about resources available to help, and talk about group bulk buying as East Side businesses.
