From the Program Director

Sarah Chandonnet

What makes people feel like they fit or don't fit with a community? As a journalist, Rick Heller has interviewed scientists on how the brain experiences social rejection. As a meditation leader, he's shared practices that can make people more welcoming toward each other. Yet as an introvert, he sometimes feels like a misfit. This Sunday, join him for a discussion of rejection and belonging.

Rick Heller is Operations Manager at the Humanist Hub and author of the book, Secular Meditation: A Guide from the Humanist Community at Harvard 1:30-3:00pm, 30 JFK Street. Read more here.
