Dear Senior Parent/Guardian,

Many of you have already signed your student's senior off-campus pass form that stated your student could leave for lunch and any regular study hall adjacent to a lunch.  After considering feedback from both parents and students, we have decided to allow seniors who have off-campus passes to leave during their study hall regardless of the period.  This does NOT include Athletic Study Halls because students are receiving a waiver for their time in class.

All seniors who plan to leave campus during a study hall must still check in with their study hall teacher in the upper commons for attendance purposes and then check out using their off-campus pass as they exit the commons doors.

Because the previous off-campus form was specific to seniors with adjacent study halls, we will need parents of seniors to fill out this brief form as permission for these additional periods.
