Four steps to effective evaluation covered include mapping the program and focusing on the evaluation, determining what to measure, collecting and analyzing data, and telling the program story. Participants will become familiar with program evaluation tools including mastering the logic model, program evaluation planning sheet, a program impact story template, and a program scorecard. Come with a program to evaluate during the workshop.
