You made it happen!
Last year, more than 185 people and organizations helped make it possible for Ashby Village to move to a new home, expand our services and programs, and reach out to more people than ever. Your generosity means so much to all of Ashby Village--together, we are creating a wonderful community with a true culture of giving, in so many ways. Thank you!

"Dry eye disease deserves serious professional and personal attention. It can be very debilitating and seriously diminish a person's quality of life." Dr. Rachel Bishop, National Eye Institute. "...evolving knowledge of the nature of tears and their production has led to a better understanding of the causes of dry eye disease and major improvements in treating this all-too-common condition."
Here's a good reason to get on that treadmill or take a hike. Although the study used younger people as subjects, we might try it at Ashby Village and report on our results. French anyone?
A better way to remember what the doctor said? Record the appointment. "Without recordings, patients forget 80 % of what we say by the time they hit the parking lot."
