I got my shot of caffeine from a team of 10 & 11 year olds this weekend at a Softball tournament!

Lessons learned:
1)  You don't have to be the biggest... they played against 12 & 13 year olds!

2)  You can fight your way to the finish by doing the basic skills over and over!

3)  Battling back trumps being on top!

4)  Always support your team!

5)  Coaches are both a mentor of skills as well as inspiration!

Last but not least...it is darn hard to hang in there when it is 90+ and humid outside~ but in the end it tenacity wins out!
