Lauren has certainly been logging some frequent filer miles this summer! While part of her team is based in England for the summer, her younger horses have remained in the States to continue their development, and she has been thrilled to see all of her horses' progress on both continents over the last few weeks and months.

Lauren kicked things off this month at the Hartpury International in England, where she contested the CIC3* division with Jacqueline Mars's Landmark's Monte Carlo and D.A. Duras and Team Rebecca's Veronica. All three horses put in great dressage tests to earn sub-50 scores and then jumped around the difficult tracks easily. Both Landmark's Monte Carlo and D.A. Duras came home with top 10 placings, and Veronica was not far behind!

For Veronica, this event was her final preparation event before the Land Rover Burghley Horse Trials this coming weekend. Lauren was thrilled to have such a confidence-boosting outing with her and is looking forward to competing at the prestigious 4* at such an incredible and historic venue. Make sure you follow along on Lauren's page to get the latest updates from the event. It is set to  be an exciting weekend!

While Lauren's team in England continued final preparations for their fall events, she hopped on a plane back to the states to show a few of the young horses at Waredaca Horse Trials last weekend. riding Jacqueline Mars's Get Gaudi and Landmark's Apollo in the Open Training division and Ashley Randerman's Fashion Forward in the Intermediate. All three horses put in respectable performances, with Get Gaudi bringing home a third-place ribbon and Fashion Forward finishing inside the top ten of a competitive division . It was a great way to close out the summer for the horses based stateside and the perfect last event for Lauren before she heads to Burghley.

As she makes her final preparations for Burghley, Lauren would like to send a special thank you to her incredible owners for giving her the opportunity to ride such talented horses and to be able to travel so extensively with them to allow for new competitive experiences. And of course, none of this would be possible without the support of everyone on her team, along with her family, friends, and sponsors, all of whom have been so incredibly supportive on both sides of the Atlantic. She is looking forward to more great things to come!
