Find out how your feedback is helping the CRA serve small and medium businesses better!

In 2016, the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada (CPA Canada) partnered with the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) to hold face-to-face sessions between accountants and CRA senior officials in cities across Canada.

Now you can now read the Report on the Canada Revenue Agency’s 2016 Serving You Better consultations with small and medium businesses. This report includes a clear and achievable action plan that will deliver service improvements for small and medium businesses from now through 2019.

The CRA is thankful to have a productive partnership with CPA Canada, and we want to extend our thanks to all the local CPA Canada organizations who hosted sessions. This report shows just how much we can accomplish together when we take an active role to make sure the Government of Canada has an evolving, world-class tax and benefits administration.
