Realtor®.com publishes a monthly traffic report to show us how they are performing in terms of the number of consumers viewing your listings. Like some of the other consumer real estate portals, they run their own market analysis. One of the more valuable features of Realtor®.com is their agent profiles. They tell us that agents with the most complete profiles consistently receive the most consumer leads or inquiries. As we look at the agent profile completeness for the VBR, Agent profile completion is low. Completing your agent profile is easy and will take 5-10 minutes of your time. Over the last couple weeks, you may have experienced intermittent outages of VBR.net. As I write this we are experiencing sluggish responses. All of these issues have occurred subsequent to Rapattoni moving our website to a new server. This should have been a simple process that should have gone smoothly. While the issues have been beyond our control, we are sorry for any inconvenience you have experienced.

anuary 1st began a new NAR Code of Ethics training cycle. The cycle is now two years. Every Realtor® must complete Code of Ethics (COE) training between now and December 31, 2018.
Managing Brokers
a new 3 year cycle has just begun which you must complete a Procuring Cause class to maintain your VBR membership.
You have until December 31, 2019 to complete this class
1st: Review the education
tracking sheet to determine which classes you would like to take.
2nd: Review the class schedule and get signed up for the classes you want to take.
3rd: Once you complete 80% of total classes hours (46 hours) submit your Vail Pro Designation application.
Note: It is your responsibility to track your classes and submit the application to become a Vail Pro.
