This summer, Run Wild Missoula is adding a new training class to its already impressive list of options. The class will
begin Sunday August 13 and continue for 10 weeks, preparing trainees
for fall RWM 5K races such as Diva Day and the Pumpkin Run.
Jeff Galloway has designed this Get in ShapeRun-Walk-Run® class for RWM. The class will welcome beginners and people who are returning from injury, illness or other episodes of inactivity. This gentle approach to developing fitness can be tailored to meet a variety of needs. The goal is to finish a 5K using short run-walk intervals and to develop run-walk-run® as a long-term fitness activity. For more details about the class and a link to online registration, CLICK HERE
RWM will also offer its popular Beginning Runners 101 Class, starting in late summer. That class begins with run-walk intervals and (unlike Get in Shape) builds toward a goal of finishing the 5K by running continuously.
If you have questions about the Get in Shape class,
"Run Walk Run Wild Missoula" is a meeting place for the Run Wild Missoula Back of the Pack and Galloway training program members. This group is a great way to meet pace mates and to stay current with breaking news and events.

Free of charge to those who have never received a free BOP bandanna. Sold at cost for $5 to those who have. Teresa Gabriel is in charge of the buffs. She will bring them to BOP socials. Cash only, exact amount appreciated.
Run Wild Missoula's mission is to support and promote runners and walkers of all ages and abilities.
Run Wild, at any pace...
