The Green House Project has received a two-year, $650,000 grant from the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation (RWJF) to continue its mission of redefining-and humanizing-long-term care.
The new RWJF grant enables The Green House Project to continue its transformative work in long term care. Collaboration with visionary organizations, including many AJAS members, has demonstrated what is possible in long term care, and this grant marks a new chapter of evolution. With full acquisition of the trademark and intellectual property, The Green House Project is poised to make an even greater impact on the field, with ongoing innovation of the model like Best Life memory care, short term rehab and PACE.
