Effective, current and powerful training and techniques. It is not style specific - great drills and training to help improve what you already do! Weapons, footwork, and empty hand. No uniforms necessary. T-shirt and pants or shorts. If you have Kali sticks or a training knife, bring them.  Absoutely no live blades on the mat.  Kids Seminar ages 6-12, Adult Seminar 13 and up
