News to Share
Each week, we share a tidbit of information about something that makes Evansville Day School "Independent. Bold. Rewarding." Please help us spread the word about Evansville Day School by sharing these stories on social media!

Globally Minded Students Embrace Diversity

When we say we are culturally diverse, we mean it. Did you know that in our current 5th grade class seven students out of the 16 speak a second language fluently? These students represent 6 countries: Spain, France, Romania, Pakistan, India, Germany, and Japan. Likewise, 22% of our student body identifies as multi-cultural. Day School embraces diversity in languages, cultures, and heritage. This diversity enriches the classroom learning environment and teaches our students to be globally minded, one of the Portrait of a Graduate attributes we believe prepares Day School students to be the leaders of the future.

Day School Community Highlights

Yearbook Ads
The yearbook staff is already hard at work on the 2017-18  Landmark. Personal ads may be purchased for students in any grade. These send a special message to your students expressing how proud you are of their achievements, or they can be used as a sendoff to college, to high school, to middle school, or to the next grade in primary school. Business ads are also available and are a great way to acquaint Day School families with the products and services your business can provide. The deadline to order ads is Friday, October 13.

School Pictures
School class and individual pictures will be Tuesday, September 5 and Wednesday, September 6. On the day of your child's picture, students are allowed to wear dress code or nicer clothing. For a schedule of when your child's picture will be taken, click the link below.
