Perched Among the Leaders
August 29, 2017

Since their firm's inception, researchers at American Values Investments have spent untold hours analyzing the values and ideals of each of what now total thousands of publicly-held companies.

The result: Today fewer than a hundred corporations have passed muster for the quality of and adherence to their standards. They thereby are included among the cadre of "American Hero" companies that comprise the firm's portfolios. Think about what this says about those that sit among, say, the top five companies on the American Values list. That august group includes Tampa-based Kforce Inc. ( KFRC), a staffing services provider that, under the leadership of its chairman and CEO David L. Dunkel, pays rapt attention to the values for which it has become recognized.

The company has clearly defined its key ideals. For instance, included among its publications is the inspiring statement that, "We love what we do. We love who we service." And then there's "Kforce understands that Great People = Great Results." Or "Integrity fuels our actions with the strength to do the right thing."

There are numerous other relevant Kforce quotes and standards that could be pointed out. But by now you get the picture: This Sunshine State company sparkles ever so brightly.

Values aren't buses...They're not supposed to get you anywhere.
They're supposed to define who you are.
