New Schedule Starts July 17th!
We are spicing up the Monday morning schedule at SMU to give you more motivation to start your week STRONG! By popular demand, Mari will now teach Pure Strength and Amber will lead our new format, GRIT HIIT Cardio, which is exactly what it sounds like - GRIT HIIT with only cardio exercises. These two 30 minute classes back-to-back are the perfect double dose of sweat + strength. Who's ready to WERK?
