Join us at the presentation of the 2017 Timothy Bovat Civic Involvement Award to
14th Star Brewing's Founders Steve Gagner and Matt Kehaya, and CEO Andrea Gagner.
The Civic Involvement Award is presented to an individual or business who has demonstrated significant interest in and service to our community. Since their small beginning, brewing one or two varieties of beer in a former machine shop on Lower Newton Road, this team has expanded the company in size and scale. They have also built a “pay it forward” attitude into their everyday operations, with special attention to service men and women, and individuals in our community facing insurmountable illness or disability.
Despite widespread success, this team has never forgotten their roots, nor the assistance they’ve received along the way. They continue to serve their community in a variety of ways, and their successful business model has greatly impacted the economic success of the St. Albans downtown corridor.
The presentation will be made during the Tim’s House Annual Golf Classic
Friday, August 18 - Champlain Country Club
