NATIONAL HEALTH CENTER WEEK
Celebrating the Key to Healthier Communities.
As a Community Health Center (CHC), NorthLakes Community Clinic is part of our nation's largest primary care network. We are partnering with other CHCs in a national campaign with local events
which runs
August 13th-19th
with the goal of raising awareness about the mission and accomplishments of America's Health Centers over the course of more than five decades.
Community Health Centers are one of the bright spots in America's health care system. We
serve more than 25 million Americans, a number that continues to grow along with the demand for affordable primary care. Here in Wisconsin, the 18 community health centers serve over 301,900 patients and NorthLakes Community Clinic serves over 17,000 patients in our seven Wisconsin sites.
We look forward to seeing you at one of our events with the opportunity to talk with our elected officials about healthcare or contribute through a tag sale to our resource coordinators' work with improving the health and livelihoods of community members.
