Help our VBS Mission Project!

We are collecting travel sized hygiene items (such as shampoo, soap, toothpaste, toothbrushes, and deodorant) for one of our mission projects. Please drop off your donations at the church office by Wednesday, July 19. Thank you for your help!

Due to unforeseen issues with the survey of the lot, our Habitat workday originally scheduled Saturday, July 29th has been postponed until  sometime in August. 

If you signed up to donate a meal for the Montreat High School Conference (July 23-29), by taking a meal card following worship on July 9th, please contact Rachel Vogado as soon as possible to let her know what you are planning to make. 

Lunch Bunch invites you to join us for lunch out on the town!  We will be meeting at the Copper Ale House located at 1044 Copperfield Blvd, Suite 101 on Thursday, July 27th at 11:30 a.m. to catch up with each other and learn about the exciting fall lineup for Lunch Bunch.  Please call the church office if you plan to attend or you can sign up online, so we can reserve space. Is your youth looking for some summer service opportunities?! Sign up to help deliver meals for Cabarrus Meals on Wheels. Two adults from the church will take 2 youth with them to deliver meals. We will meet in the upper parking lot by the Fellowship House at 10:10 am. Youth will be dropped off at their home afterwards, around noon. Youth and adult volunteers can sign up here. If you have questions, contact Sallie Dotger or Rachel Vogado.

2016-2017 Sunday School Teachers

  While many of our Sunday School leaders are returning in the Fall, there are opportunities for you to find a space to share your gifts and share in the good work of Christian Education.  Each class has a curriculum and supporting materials.  Many of the classes are led by teams.  Consider joining a team to teach and to share your enthusiasm and love for our congregation!
