YOUR VITALITY FIRST!

Tuning-Up Your Body with CranioSacral Therapy

You body is made of magnificent and complex structures, tissues, fluids, systems and processes.   Like your car engine, your body requires maintenance to run well.  However, unlike your car, which only needs periodic maintenance, your body requires daily, conscious attention so that it works at its best, down to the tinest cell.

Some of the things you can do to help your body function at its best, include:

-Getting sufficient, restorative sleep for adequate cleansing of the brain of the build-up of harmful toxins, such as those associated with Alzheimer's Disease;

-Exercising several times a week for motor strength, balance and a vibrant cardiovascular system;

-Eating quality food so that your cells have high grade fuel to power their complex daily activities and to decrease inflammatory processes that can lead to illness;

-Since your body is approximately 60% water, drinking lots of water is key to your body's physiological balance;

-Slowing your mental and physical pace to dial down from within the build-up of tension and anxiety;

-Focusing on positive mindset to reinforce ease throughout your day;

-Making time for stillness and quiet for peace; and

-Smiling and laughing to go with the flow.

CranioSacral Therapy (CST) helps to release tension in your central nervous system so that your entire body can relax, self-adjust and naturally release pain and dysfunction.  Thus, CST facilitates the tuning-up of your body.  By doing so, CST supports and enhances your daily maintenance efforts, so that your body can continue to harmoniously hum along in health.
