She is thorough and detailed from the day her clients start looking at properties until the day the final papers are signed. Her energetic and friendly nature puts her clients at ease, while her experience ensures they get the best service possible. 

With over 12 years experience as a Realtor, April knows the key to making sure her clients are satisfied rests on a foundation of excellent communication and keeping track of every detail. She is naturally drawn to helping others. 

As a teacher herself, she knows all the details on programs that can help teachers reach their real estate goals. She is also dedicated to our servicemen and servicewomen and is knowledgeable about Military programs to assist them in the home buying process. 

April's family is important in her business. Her mother, Becky Hammer, is also a licensed agent and they have worked closely together in their careers. The real estate industry has always been a part of their family in a variety of forms, from property management to real estate investments. She looks forward to passing down her real estate knowledge to her kids, Lucy & Finn. 

April is a Maryland native and moved to Huntingtown, Maryland five years ago for its prime location and excellent schools. She has been a teacher for nine years and loves helping people grow, learn and achieve their dreams. 

April is very active in her community. She is a Girl Scout Leader and enjoys volunteering at her daughter's school. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, reading and spending time with her husband and children. 

 

April will be working out of our Prince Frederick, MD office and primarily works with Residential Buyers.
