for maintenance staff or anyone interested!

Federal regulations require every person who disturbs paint in a house or apartment built before 1978 to have a one day lead safety training. Now, there is an opportunity for you to take this 8 hour training for FREE because of a contract provided by our partners at the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS). All property owners and managers, maintenance staff, and housing authority staff who work with maintenance workers should take this class and be familiar with this law.
This FREE class is available on the following dates:
September 19 - Nashua NH
September 20 - Claremont NH
September 26 and 30 - Manchester NH
