We hope that this e-mail finds you and yours safe and sound post Hurricane Irma.
As you all know, our event is scheduled for next week, Sept. 20-23, 2017. All year we've looked forward to celebrating our 10 year anniversary with you, and post-storm we desire to get "back to normal" as quickly as possible.
Even so, we are mindful that Hurricane Irma has impacted our community - including fashion designers, models, hair/make-up artists, volunteers, sponsor partners, our team, and more - in various ways. For this reason, we are postponing our event and rescheduling it for: Oct. 4-7, 2017.
Repeat, our event will be postponed until: Oct. 4-7, 2017
We will be using this time to exercise our motto since 2008:
We recognize that our sense of style and beauty is closely related to elements like our personal world perspective and our contribution to its overall welfare. That's why each Tampa Bay Fashion Week event will benefit aspects of life that deeply touch the hearts of us all, the well-being of and service to our world, our children, our health, our future and our dreams. After all, these are the things that make your style so unique, and that's always in fashion!
We hope that you will take this time to connect with one another, spend time supporting your family and loved ones, help out your neighbors, and get involved in helping our greater Tampa Bay community with clean up efforts.
After this necessary focus and important work, we hope that you will be ready to welcome a break for yourself, family, and friends, and join us in celebrating
Tampa Bay Fashion Week 2017 on Oct. 4-7, 2017.
