Let me set     the table for you…
Yes -- I know the subject line sounds a little strange, yet this week alone, three of the clients I counseled were consuming hundreds of calories each week just from the oil in their diets. Hundreds. At almost 2,000 calories per cup, even clean, pure, healthy olive oil could pack on pounds, if you're not careful with portions.

In one of the stories below you'll see how a journalist packed on 30 pounds when she overdid it with foods that she thought were good for her.

The bottom line is that all foods (even the ones that are not so healthy) can fit into your diet while still helping you fit into your clothes and I'm sure it's not news that... size does matter. ;)

How Sweet (Potato) It Is!

Back to school and back to the Fall usually means that when the outside temperature goes down…my oven heats up! Chilly and gloomy days call for a pick-me-up for the after-school crowd and that often means muffins are on the menu. So bake a few extra sweet potatoes in the oven tonight when you’re making dinner and try your hand at some muffins tomorrow.
