Lumbar Spinal Stenosis is a common disabling condition in the older adult. In this online workshop we will review the etiology of the condition, symptoms of clients with lumbar spinal stenosis and how they respond to movement. Then we will apply the YUR BACK Pilates program for safe and effective exercise, education and safe activities of daily living. We will discuss current research that presents spinal flexion and distraction as the most successful conservative treatments.
