Do you receive multiple copies of the same email? 

Constant Contact provides us an "unopened" report of the emails we send.  We resend the email to the addresses in that report to help ensure everyone receives them.

The report only knows when the email is clicked and physically opened and is unaware when it is viewed in a preview window.  

You can prevent multiple copies of the same email being sent to your inbox if you click on the email and open it. Once opened you will not receive duplicates of that email.
