Stallions in the Spotlight

Aaron Tippett '96 joined the relief efforts in Houston, TX as an EMT with the Red Cross to help those in need during the aftermath of Hurricane Harvey.  After retiring from 20 years of service in the Army, he now owns a landscaping, lawn and tree business, and often  does pro bono work for low and fixed income families in his area. Aaron also recently accepted a full time EMT Advance position with the Montgomery County EMS department in Clarksville, TN. 

He did it! Jeremy Ambrose '04 found his life partner to grow old with and raise a family. He and Tara Sochor married on Saturday, August 26, 2017. And to make the day extra special, Brutus Buckeye crashed the party and Jeremy's DeSales buddies were there to celebrate with them. Congratulations to the new Mr. & Mrs. Jeremy and Tara Ambrose!



Friends in the Courtyard

Our annual Friends in the Courtyard event will take place on  Wednesday, September 27.  Ticket includes tasting of the finest wines from multiple wine distributors plus local breweries and an Italian feast catered by Carfagnas!   The wine being tasted throughout the night will be available to purchase and take home that evening.

At the event, you can also participate in the "Reverse Raffle" for a chance to win $1,000!

1997 Girls Soccer State Championship 20-Year Reunion

Please join in celebrating the 20th Anniversary of a great season! The SFD Girls Soccer team will be facing New Albany at 4:00 p.m. in Alumni Stadium on Saturday, September 30. We will honor the 1997 State Championship team members and coaches at halftime of the game. Following the game, we will gather in the Franciscan Center for food, drinks and highlights. Come share fun memories, and catch up with friends, teammates and coaches. Parents, families, kids and spouses are all welcome! Please RSVP by September 25 so we can plan for food. 



SFD Dance Camp -  Register by this Friday

St. Francis DeSales Dance Team is proud to sponsor  Dance Camp 2017! This is a  one-day camp for girls in grades K-8.

When: Saturday, September 30
9:00 a.m. to Noon

Cost $30 (includes camp, t-shirt and admission to the Winton Woods game on October 20).
