Embassy Celebrates India's 71st Independence Day

The Embassy of India in Washington, DC, celebrated the country's Independence Day on August 15. Ambassador Navtej Sarna unfurled the national flag and read President's address to the nation. Young artists and musicians sang the Indian national anthem and other patriotic songs on the occasion.
