"TASTE OF ITALY" VIP WINE EVENT:
6 small plates paired with 6 specialty wines
1) Panzanella salad - with heirloom peppers , toasted rustic bread , CERIGNOLA olives , fresh mozzarella pearls , yellow peppers - served with our house made Italian vinaigrette.
2) Shrimp sautéed with crispy pancetta served atop a toasted polenta cake and drizzled with a lemon garlic aioli .
3) Tender prime filet mignon spedini - hand crafted pounded thin and rolled with all the Sicilian spices and cheese then braised in a rich tomato Ragu until it is fork tender .
4) Chef cut prime pork tenderloin medallions seared and served with a rich mushroom demi glacé served over a crisp potato wedge , finished with our baby arugula , roasted red peppers , and shaved red onions tossed in EVOO salt and pepper .
5) French cut prime lollipop lamb chops cooked medium rare served with a house made gremolatta sauce for dipping .
6) Limoncello marsacpone cake shots straight from juniors cheesecake in Brooklyn - drizzled with a rich raspberry sauce
