If your organization or business is interested in participating as a vendor, screener or sponsors, please download the appropriate forms below and return to us ASAP!

Membership is open for Youth GrantMakers.
Youth can take an active leadership role in their communities through the Youth GrantMakers (YGM) program run by Reach Out.  YGM is a cohort of youth from the eight west-end cities of San Bernardino County (Pomona, Chino, Chino Hills, Montclair, Upland, Rancho Cucamonga, Ontario, and Fontana) who come together to discuss youth issues. They conduct assessments, raise funds, and address some of the barriers facing their peers while learning what it means to be community-involved. YGM is an awesome group of students who give back and raise awareness for top teen issues.

YGM is now taking applications for new members for the 2017-18 school year. If you know of a student who is looking for community service hours or just wants to be involved in something positive, there is a mandatory student orientation on Saturday, September 23 from 10:00 - 11:30 AM at the Reach Out office in Upland. The YGM coordinator is also available to make brief 10 minute recruitment presentations to classrooms. Contact Ebony Miles to coordinate. Students must be in high school and willing to attend meetings at least once a month. See flyer for more information.

IHPC blog needs a name!
Last March, IHPC added a blog to our arsenal of communication tools. The "WUB" as we've nicknamed it, stands for Weekly Update Blog and it allows us to bring you comprehensive stories and photos of the coalition's work in the Inland Southern California region. The last few years has really seen an explosion of growth within the coalition and your Weekly Update email would be miles long if we tried to share everything in this format!

We are spreading the the word about this new resource by holding an informal contest to name it. Everyone is welcome to participate and it only take a few seconds. Click the  blog link to submit your suggestion or email me directly at   [email protected]. A small gift will be awarded to the winner of the chosen name.
