Out with the Old, Make Room for the New!
As the season changes now is a great time to detox; ridding your body of food and toxins that have collected over the summer. It will do wonders in boosting your immune system for the coming fall season. Try a simple detox, eating raw fruits and veggies for minimum of 7 days. Note: if you are diabetic be mindful of eating too many fruits that are extremely high in sugar. For instance, a banana has 14g of sugar; for an average size adult, the daily intake should be approximately 25g.
