Help Hurricane IRMA and
Texas Flooding
Victims
The REALTORS® Relief Foundation is accepting contributions to help victims of flooding in Houston, Corpus Christi, and other Texas areas submerged by flood waters from Hurricane Harvey and the recent Hurricane IRMA Victims of Florida. NAR covers administrative costs of the foundation so 100 percent of contributions go to help victims.

Realtor's® level of participation in the Broker Involvement Program" said Susie Helm, VP for Advocacy Operations & Communication, last Tuesday at a NAR-hosted Broker Reception in Wilmington. Speaking to a group of about 50 brokers, Helm provided an update on national issues, outlined national advocacy strategies, and thanked CFR for its efforts in the advocacy arena. "It is critical for Realtors® to collectively speak through their associations as the distinct voice for real estate," she explained to a group of brokers during the mix-and-mingle portion of the evening. "It is one of our primary reasons for existence." She also acknowledged CFR's recent receipt of the National Community Outreach Award from NAR for outreach.

new! Apple iOS 10.3.3
Apple recently released operating system iOS 10.3.3 for iPhones and iPads. We completed testing of the new iOS with the eKEY app and are happy to announce there are no issues.

We are very excited to announce a new way for an existing eKEY® user to obtain an eKEY authorization code.
Your members that have an eKEY can now request an authorization code from within the eKEY app. This is useful if they are moving their eKEY service to a new phone or if they receive a 9B0D error when the eKEY gets out of sync with the server.
To obtain an eKEY authorization code from Mobile SupraWEB:
1. Select the SupraWEB icon from within the eKEY app (on the 2nd page of icons), or navigate to supraweb.suprakim.com on your smartphone.
2. Enter eKEY serial number. The eKEY serial number can be found at the top of the eKEY home screen.
3. Enter 4-digit PIN.
4. Select the Association/MLS from the dropdown list.
5. Select Login.
6. Select Authorization Code
7. The authorization code will be emailed to the email address on file in SupraNET.

You will be prompted to enter your eKey Serial Number and your 4 digit Pin Code , plus the# sign.
Your eKey Serial Number can be found by opening your eKey App and it will be displayed at the top of the screen.
Press the Red X on your key pad and select Emergency Update Code and enter the update code that you were given by KimWEB.
This will update your key for the next 24 hours.
