Check out our new bike racks! Better yet, use them. They're for you--our customers! East Neighborhood Planning--Survey

The City is kicking off the East Area Plan, which will guide growth in our area for many years to come.

Please take a moment to share your thoughts with the project team.  Of all the surveys in your social media feeds, this one is important!
 
The East Area Plan area includes East Colfax from Colorado Boulevard to Yosemite Street, and the adjacent neighborhoods: South Park Hill, Bellevue-Hale, Historic Montclair and East Colfax.

The Colfax Mayfair Business Improvement District (BID) creates a better place for people and business through economic development, public improvements, safety and advocacy. The district connects the neighborhoods along Colfax Avenue from Eudora Street to Monaco Parkway as well as the Mayfair Town Center at 14th Avenue and Krameria Street.
