Serenity prayer.
It's really about discernment.
Seeing into the truth, then asking if there is anything I can do about this truth.
Choosing wisdom to follow through.
What am I truly in control of? Can worry or anxiety help or hurt?
Prayer.
Prayer is asking for guidance and protection from the Divine. Meditation is receiving this information. We can use meditation to access the wisdom of the universe.
Prayer doesn't have to be long and arduous. It can be a conversation, relaxed.
Like talking to an old friend.
Discernment is detaching from the emotional connection.
Unplugging.
So much emotional triggers out there. Know what is setting you off, and release it's grip.
Cut the strings that are holding you back or down.
Sometimes people see your sensitivity and use it to their advantage to keep you attached.
Remember the "Courage" of the prayer. The power to change the things that I can change.
Sometimes that change comes from deep within ourselves.
Activate your "Wisdom."
Listen to it's answer.

Bio-G Energy Healing workshop Sun. 10/22 1:00-5:00 PM
Bio-G Energy Healing is an energy modality developed to rapidly reduce anxiety & stress in the recipient. It is not a substitute for medical assistance but rather is a complementary modality for self-treatment and for treating others.
Bio-G does not have any requirements other than the desire to learn and a willingness to work with the energy.
This course will begin with exercises and discussions regarding working with energy. After establishing a level of comfort, we will read the manual and I will attune participants to the energy. Once all attunements are complete, the class will split up and treat each other.
The course cost will include a printed manual, class time with attunement and a digital certificate sent after the course completion.

If you have learned Reiki 1 from any teacher and would like to learn more this class is for you! Requirement is Reiki 1. You will learn the Sacred Symbols of Reiki, as per Master Mikao Usui. Receive a booklet, certificate and an attunement. We will share Reiki at the end of class where I will show you extra teachings with incorporating Crystals, Chakras and Angels.
