Making Friends in Adulthood
Tuesday, March 14, 7PM

So many people struggle with making friends as adults. Our lives are busy, family members and old friends are scattered, and we find it takes too much effort to make (and keep) new friends. There are some strategies and skills we can use to make this process easier. Studies show that people with friends are healthier, happier and actually live longer.

The skills we will talk about during this presentation will translate into many other situations in your life, from dating to volunteer work to starting your own business. Master Life Coach Diane MacKinnon M.D. leads an interactive discussion about the benefits of friendship in adulthood and ways to make real friends that will last you a (happy, healthy) lifetime! Registration requested, walk-ins welcome.
