Welcome back! Our
Fall Sunday Program and
Sunday School both begin this Sunday, September 10.
We hope you will join us for our program - whether you are interested in our Parents Circle support group (
11 a.m.
), Highlights of the Quran tafseer (
11:45 a.m.
) or our Panel Discussion (
noon
) - we have something for everyone at the Islamic Center.
Please note that the times have changed slightly since the spring.
We'll kick off the weekend tonight at 6 p.m. with
Family Night at
New Horizon School in Pasadena. After a treasure hunt during mandatory fun time, Heba Hathout will lead us in an informative session about the college application process. Dinah's dinner boxes will be available for purchase. Please RSVP

On Sunday, learn how minorities, including women, people of color, LGBTQ+, and others are feeling threatened by the current political climate. We welcome
Edina Lekovic and
Umar Hakim to speak on this important topic at noon. All of our Sunday Program events are free and open to the public (unless a fee is otherwise noted).
