Erev Rosh HaShanah Service and Dinner
Wednesday, September 20
6 pm Service, 7:15 pm Dinner
Bring in the new year with a celebratory service and dinner. No tickets are required for the service but reservations are required for dinner. Dinner is FREE for students and $15 for non-students. Please make reservations using this form or reply to the Facebook event.

Rosh HaShanah Morning Service
Thursday, September 21
9:30 am-12:30 pm
Feel free to come for any or all of the service as your schedule allows. No need to dress up.
 
Hillel will not be holding a service on the second day of Rosh HaShanah. Please contact Amy if you would like information on services at area synagogues.

Attention Students: Missing classes due to religious observance is considered an "excused absence" but you must inform your professor in advance and make arrangements to make up the work. If you have any questions or concerns about speaking with a professor, please contact Amy

Birthright Israel Registration Is Open
If you are Jewish, between the ages of 18-26 and have not been to Israel before on an extended trip, you may be eligible for a FREE trip to Israel courtesy of Birthright Israel.

Registration opens on September 5 for all WINTER 2017 trips.  Go to the Birthright Israel page for more info.  URI Hillel is not running a winter trip, but if you need assistance finding or registering with another trip provider, please contact Yaniv.
