Join me for coffee at the North Richmond Farm then Ribbon Cutting for El Sobrante Library Mini-Park
Both events this Saturday
Summer is officially over and school has started. But we have fun and impactful community events planned for this Saturday, to go along with the nice weather.

Join us at 10 am for coffee, breakfast and community discussion at the North Richmond Farm, which is run by Urban Tilth, that uses the 3-acre site to support local agriculture and provide opportunities for youth to be healthy and develop environmental stewardship.

Those attending will have a chance to learn about this innovative county/nonprofit partnership and discuss community issues.

At noon, we'll celebrate the recently completed new mini-park at the El Sobrante Library followed by story-time, and volunteer and nature activities. We listened to the community in designing and developing this new public space!
