New Application ROMA Next Generation Reporting Update
State CSBG Staff along with several agency representatives are working together on the Application Taskforce to assess, draft and edit the entire CSBG Application. We are working together to ensure the application contains the information needed for the CSBG State Plan and includes the ROMA Next Generation changes.

The taskforce is reviewing the newest ROMA Next Generation Reporting documents released by NASCSP. We ask that you review the new reporting documents as well, as these documents will have a big influence on the application.

The taskforce is meeting in person to finalize new templates and documents on Wednesday, September 6th. The Comment Period for the application will open on Monday, October 16th. We will also host a webinar on Thursday, October 12th where we will discuss and review all changes.

2017-2018 CSBG Reporter Budget Entry
The 2017-2018 Budget Module has been added to CSBG Reporter. For those who have not yet entered your budgets we ask that you do this by Friday, September 8th. Once you enter your new budget, CSBG Staff will approve it in the system and you will be able to do a budget modification and add your carryover into each line item as necessary. Please be sure that your budget modification totals the amount from the Contract Modification. For those that entered budgets based on the original contract, you will need to modify the budget to match the new totals. You will not be able to submit invoices until the budgets are entered correctly. To change program years there will be a drop down box in the upper right hand corner you can select 2016-2017 or 2017-2018, ensure you are invoicing and entering the budget in the correct program year.
