BIA Weighs In On  Hollister 
Residential Growth Caps
The Hollister City Council will debate during its meeting tonight proposed residential growth limits ranging from a limit of 1.5 percent per year to an outright housing moratorium. Summit Tackles 
Groundwater Management
A panel of experts will discuss the impacts and challenges of changes in California's Sustainable Groundwater Management Act during the Bay Planning Coalition's Energy & Water Nexus Summit set for Sept. 22, 2017. BIA|Bay Area is a member of the BPC, an advocate for the economic and interests of the San Francisco Bay region. The summit will be held from 8:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m. at the East Bay Municipal Utility District office in Oakland. Click HERE to purchase tickets.
